Delaying

Is anyone having trouble when calling out - after a few minutes it starts to delay or cutting up ? So annoying - one call takes 30 minutes instead or 10 😡😡😡

Yes. There is another post about it “Why does phone lag when talking to business” on this forum. I have problems as well. Delay kicks in after 10 minutes or so and is about 7 seconds. I have been cut off as the person thinks I have hung up. I have swapped the sim. Reset network settings and now have a different phone and the problem is still there. I have had both phones checked out at Apple and told the Phone is fine. The other link mentions pixel and Samsung too so it’s not phone specific. Did you resolve the problem?

Ah that sounds really frustrating. I'm not aware of any widespread issue like that, but does our Network Status Checker indicate we're aware of a problem in your local area? Does the problem happen over a wide area, and are any friends or family members on Three, to help confirm if they also get the same issue on different phones?
