Does my contract include free Roaming passes

Hi,

I'm on the Adv Sim 100Gb Dat Unlimited, pay monthly. The contract started in July 2023 but have been a customer for years. Can anybody please confirm if I have the free daily Roaming passes as I can't seem to get a definite answer.

It mentions value and complete passes but don't remember getting different options when I signed up, just how much data I wanted.

Thank you

Hello, Max.

With your contract starting in July 2023, it's going to be one of the newer plans. You will have a daily charge to pay for accessing your allowances while roaming. You can find out more about the Go Roam benefits on our Roaming Page.

It's unlikely that you'll have the passes included in your current plan, as those are normally included on Value and Complete plans rather than Advanced plans. You should be able to add Passes if you intend on traveling abroad though.

Pete.

Hi Pete,

A member of the chat team has just confirmed that. The bit that I don't like is the wording he sent me says " Your plan is inclusive of Daily Go Roam Passes ....".

Since when did inclusive mean that it isn't already included in the price but can be added at extra cost ?

I think that's extremely misleading.

Thank you

Hi @Max4,

Thanks for the feedback I do agree that's not the best way to describe this feature. Officially we say that Value and Complete plans have inclusive passes as those are the 28 or 56 rolled into the plan.

In your case it's more accurate to say that you can access daily passes for a fee triggered when you make usage in a Roaming destination, or purchase longer periods of roaming with the Add on passes available in My3.

Thanks,
Jonathan
