I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing drops in speed over the last few months. Have you been able to check the expected coverage, and for any faults on our coverage and network status checkers?
This may highlight any issues in your area that may be impacting your service currently.
Additionally, are these drops in speed occurring with Home Broadband, or with your mobile?
