hi

i want to cancel my three contract because network very poor and service also very poor.

they always send extra amount of bill.

i want to stop three service.

Welcome to the Three Community. I'm really sorry to hear that you're looking into cancelling your Three contract. We can't directly arrange cancellation from here as this is a public forum, but happy to give you advice.

With regards to the network issues you've been facing have you been able to check our Network Status Checker to see if it's down to an issue we're aware of? Have you spoken to customer services about the issues, if so what have they advised?

Have you been able to view what the extra charges are for on your bill? If you have a look on My3 or the Three App you can view a PDF copy. If you can let us know a bit more about what the charges you're facing are for, then we'll be happy to give more advice on this.

If you're certain that you want to cancel, then you can find out more about leaving or switching here. Or if you're willing for us to look into this further let us know a bit more, and we'll do our best to help.

If three customer service agrees to waive the cancellation fee, can you trust them to apply it to the final bill, made a request for confirmation of waiving the cancellation fee to be sent to my email in writing but they could not do it, can I trust them.

Sorry for the delay getting back to you. It's quite an old thread you've posted on, and unfortunately the original poster never followed up with me.

I expect any information from customer services to be trustworthy, but it sounds like you've had a really poor experience if the end result is that you're cancelling early.
