Can anyone tell how long it takes for and new mast to go live after it’s been erected

Just to understand the situation a little better, and in case I can pass on feedback. Can you explain a little bit more about what's been happening? I'm assuming that you've been told that a mast was set up but you aren't picking up 5G from it yet? How long ago was this?

How long is a piece of string. Once the mast is up the equipment needs to be installed and tested. It only takes one supplier to be late with equipment and the projected date goes out of the window. Also be warned that the mast may only be 5g for phones and not home broadband. It depends on the capacity that is being installed and the projected demand from phone users. 

If you have not registered your interest in 5g on the 3 website you should. If broadband is going to be available from the mast they will want to start selling it as soon as they can.
