I've tidied this post up a bit, please use the option to insert images in our text editor if you'd like to share screenshots. We pre-moderate these, to help protect personal data, and prevent anything inappropriate. I'm sure these were fine, but it's best for us to not link out to images hosted on 3rd party sites.
I'm not sure if the issue is that your data hasn't refreshed, or that the My3 account hasn't synced. Is data still working for you okay, or are you encountering errors when browsing or using Apps? Did you receive any notifications from us that you've entered a new billing cycle?
