My home broadband in Liverpool L14 area it very poor, it will not stay on it’s on and off all the time. The quality of signal and strength is very poor and frustrating.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with your Broadband services. Can you let me know a bit more about the situation so that we can hopefully point you to more help?

Has this been an issue since you first connected, or does something seem to have changed recently?
How long has this been going on for now?
Have you checked our Coverage and Network Status Checkers to see if this seems to be a general coverage issue, or if we're aware of any issues in the area?
