Hotspot keeps failing:’(

Phone I’m using - normal iPhone 13

trying to connect ps5 to watch YouTube (I have no WiFi) and as you can see in the picture it stays connected but the actual internet part goes from connected to connecting every 5 bleedin seconds and it’s rather annoying. Tried restarting phone and ps5 but no luck. No updates on either devices either

Hello. 

That's got to be frustrating. Is the internet on phone itself working well? How about if you connect other devices to your hotspot, do those work OK?
