How do i transfer my eSIM to a new device

Hi @Meah1-,

If you have an iPhone XS onwards, running iOS 18 software, you can us e the eSIM Quick Transfer feature. If not, you should be able to find options on My3 on our Three App or the Three Website to "Replace SIM". Make sure you have an independent Internet connection available if swapping eSIMs, like Wi-Fi as your old eSIM will deactivate as part of the process.
