How do know if email has worked when you do not reply them

I have tried to leave three for mouths how I send a email but I get no reply or response. I feel it be easier to get out of a deal with the devil himself, it seems to me that they make it difficult and hard on purpose just to get more money out of you .

I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble sorting out a cancellation. There's more info on leaving and switching here. However, arranging a cancellation should be as simple as a quick call or chat with us.

We can't directly take a notice to cancel an account on a public platform like the Community, but if you start a secure call or chat with our support teams they should be able to sort this out for you.
