While I visited three stores last week for sim replacement and got a new sim, your sales team gave me an offer and upgraded me to a business account.
When I call customer service, they transfer me to consumer support, and consumer support transfers me to business support; they don't have any data.

I got reply after few day and saying me the certificate is attached but I didn’t find any attachment.
So aging me giving you to all data pls check and provide me proof of blacklisting and proof of data use certificates
