Sorry to hear this, I'm not clear from your post if the issue is that Data isn't working, or that the Add on hasn't applied to your account.
If you're having issues connecting to data:
- You can check if we're aware of and working on any issues with the Network Status Checker
- In case it's a software glitch on your phone, you can try switching the phone off and on, and toggling mobile data off and on in your settings.
- If the previous steps haven't helped, resetting your Network Settings may help, we'd recommend to try this step last, as it will also cause your device to forget any saved WiFi networks and Bluetooth pairings.
If the issue seems to be with your account itself not loading the Add On, or if the other troubleshooting hasn't helped, please get in touch here.
