Hi @marymary,
That sounds really frustrating! We'll do our best to help. I've seen something like this happen in the past on accounts where the Excess to Bundle cap is on, but the user has Unlimited Minutes.
If you check the spend controls section of the App you should be able to switch this off, the cap is to stop you from running over if you don't have Unlimited minutes, so if you do it's safe to remove this.
