I cant make calls for 3 days now

I cant make calls for 3 days, the live chat/Digital bot keeps ending the chat at the ending saying No Operator is Available at this time, when it clearly states 8-10pm UK... The 333 customer service no. is just useless as no option to speak to someone.

As @Anonymous said you may have been affected by a temporary issue on our PAYG which should now be resolved. If you're still experiencing issues with making calls, please let us know.

Are you payg or pay monthly? I ask because some payg customers have been facing issues making calls for some while and I don’t know at this time whether or not its been resolved.
