Hi my mobile data not working

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble using mobile data.

Are you able to make/receive calls and texts at the moment? Could you try resetting your network settings in the device and let me know if this makes a difference, please?

Are you able to use data anywhere at all, or are you struggling with one area specifically?
