Hi guys,
I have been trying to makes calls to Nigeria with my three sim, also this same number is trying to reach me , they need to confirm the line is actually mine. However, whenever i dial any Nigerian number , the call terminates immediately.
I went to a three store to get it fixed and call abroad minutes were added to my profile and i was told my spending cap was increased , however, this error persists. Please help as I need to sort this out in the next two weeks.
P.S , the correct international dialing codes +234 are included
Thank you

Hey @Adeola,
Welcome to the Three Community.
Hmm, that's odd. To make an international call with Call Abroad, you need to dial 00 followed by the country code. Could you confirm if you've tried this, already?
Are you able to test a different international number and let me know if this works, please?
Thanks,
Kate

Can you ring other international numbers?
Maybe check if you have any call barrings that you may have set before
on android: call settings then call barring and then outgoing international calls.

I tried a call to Abujas UK's High commission and worked for me
could be that you have some barring (like outgoing international calls)? On android you can check this on call settings then option call barrings. For iphone I'm not sure, but google should help you...
worst case you may have to contact three support (good luck)
