Can you let me know a bit more about the issues you're facing? Are you unable to pick up a connection whatsoever, or do you mean this is an error when you try to call, send a message, or connect to the Internet specifically?
The best thing to check first is our Network Status Checker, this will let you know if we're dealing with any local issues or planned work in the aread.
