I've had an issue making and receiving calls since last Monday(14/07).
I've tried all the trouble shooting bits, and it did work for a while, but I've been out today, and since I've got back, I can't make calls at all.
Called Three, they've said there is a network issue in my area and its likely to be fixed by 26/07, but why isn't this updated on the website??
This is so frustrating as I'm paying for a service I can't use.
It's not my WIFI, as I can go online with no problems at all, its just the making calls and receiving them that's the problem. 🙄

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with calls connecting recently. If it's a local issue in your area, you can normally check this on the Network Status Checker. is there no issue showing there at the moment?
What troubleshooting steps seem to be temporarily helping with the issue? What model of phone are you using?
