Hello, I can't see my mifi network for connection. I have switched the mifi off severally to see if it will be restored, yet no headway

Hello.
Can you confirm if the issue you're having is that the Mifi device is no longer broadcasting an access point to connect to?
Pete.

I'm having this issue now, no way to connect as network not visible to any devices. The connection to three network led is on, the light to show the mifi network is turned on is on too. No light on the messages led. Battery should have been charged as the device it always plugged in, but we've plugged it into another USB and the led is flashing to indicate charging. Have rebooted and reset the mifi router with paperclip. The mifi network has just stopped being findable. Please advise

Have you accidentally set your settings to hide your network? Try resetting your router back to factory settings and then see if the network name appears. Afterwards you’ll need to use the login details as shown under the back cover of your router but of course you can always change them to something you choose later.
