New 5G Mifi unit will not connect with device password

Hello,

I've just upgraded to the 5G Three mifi device mobile broadband and when I try and enter the network password from the back of the device, i keep getting  a message saying 'incorrect password'. I have tried everything and it still will not accept the password. Please can anyone adivise?

Hello, Katsz. 

Welcome to the Three Community. 

Is it the password for the Wifi network that you are trying to enter? If so, keep in mind these are cases sensitive. If you still can't log in, I'd recommend trying a factory reset of the hub, then trying again. If you still don't have success at that point, I'd try using a different device to connect to it, just in case the device you're using now is having issues.
