I'll try here as i am not getting any help from Three through the normal channels.

2 months ago i joined Three from Vodafone and have not had a working phone/network since.

I have been messed around,ignored, fobbed off and left absolutely powerless to get this resolved.

Hours and hours spent on chat lines and phone lines, answering the same questions over and over from people reading scripts.

A more clear case of failing to provide the service i have paid, (and they're still taking my money) than you will find, and they can't even find someone to agree for a cancellation. 

All the @Threeuksupport keep telling me is to be "patient" or "we'll get back to your email as soon as we can. Rest assured we'll do all we can to help from there". Scripted platitudes  

I don't think they can communicate with Threes overseas support network.  

Anyone got any tips on how and who to complain to , who can actually help a customer?

I am sure a company as big as Three can't think this is acceptable.
