Not Receiving OTP Texts

Since I ported my number to Three from Sky a few weeks ago, I have stopped receiving OTP from banks, PayPal, etc! I have tried tips from other posts on this forum (turning iMessage on/off, etc) but nothing is solving it. Any other ideas?
