Hi there ,I came from India and got a three sim with firstly 20 pounds data pack but it got exhausted then I got again 20 pounds still faced same problem and than I got the unlimited pack and it show that my cash credit is 29 pounds now and I have just use the mobile data for max 2 hours why is my data getting exhausted so fast . Plz help

I'm sorry to hear you've been running into these issues. We can't see your account usage over the community platform, so the advice I can give here is quite limited. I would advise double checking that the add on has been applied in case you've been using cash credit at higher rates.
If you download the Three PAYG app, or contact us, then the team should be able to check from your account to double check where this is going wrong.
