To all three customers out there anyone having trouble re registering again im having trouble with my e.mail tried so many times getting ridiculous and seemingly no help .

I cant even log in on the internet version let alone the app version, if you have more than one account then you will have to have a separate email per account, according the the new system upgrade rules.

Hi @Peter1955,

I'm sorry to hear that the re-registration process hasn't been working for you. Most of the issues we're seeing are when customers are entering a different email from the one on file with us. If you have multiple accounts, or haven't ever registered an email, then customer services may need to update your email on the account(s).

Have you had any luck with this in the meantime since posting. If it's still not sorted out please let me know.
