Check with Three customer service as I’m not 100% sure but something in the back of my mind tells me that it’s likely to be an issue with either the phone of the person attempting to send the text or a configuration within their network rather than anything this end. I appreciate you’ve probably received texts from Europe before but somethings obviously changed.
