Network problem

I have not had access to the internet via mobile data for the last 10 days.  I have spent many hours in conversation with Three advisors, have had a new SIM card installed, had diagnostic tests carried out by Apple, and reset my iPhone to factory settings (on their advice).  Was finally advised on 26 May it was a ‘network problem’ that was being worked on and that other people had reported it.  How long is this going to continue and what is being done?

My network problem is ongoing for nearly 2 years. Three are putting all their efforts into upgrading their transmitters to deliver 5G even though few people have 5G devices. It seems they simply don't care about their reputation.
