Problem with making & receiving calls

I have a problem that I cannot make any calls unless I wait for 5 minutes till I receive a ring. Also if anyone is calling me they cannot reach me and I receive a notification by an SMS that I had missed call or voicemail.

stop call forwarding

Hi I had call forwarding set up on my PAYG sim on an old phone.  However, in a new phone the call forwarding still seems to be on. Is this related to the SIM and not the device?  the old phone doesn't work so cant help me there.  Its driving me crazy

Appalling network last couple of weeks

What's happening with the network never had any issues until the last couple of weeks. Poor network indoors or you have to make the same call repeatedly to get a connection deed spots where there never was any issues So what's changed?Steve
