Hi, I live in Norwich and have been finding it difficult to make calls or even data connectivity. Immediately I step out of anywhere with WiFi, I'm not able to make calls or even browse on my phone.
My driving app now uses offline app. I can't drive to anywhere without first pre-programming it on my phone where there's a WiFi.
This has been happening for almost a week now.

I'm sorry to hear this. What make and model of phone have you been experiencing this with? This could be related to the 3G switch off, if you have a look at our advice on How to ensure your phone is ready for the 3G switch off this should help you check if your phone is properly set up for this, and double check that it's compatible for 4G calling services.
