New SIM card

Can anyone explain why my SIM card shows no network on personal but I have network on business. I’ve not got a business account

I'm sorry but I don't understand the question, when you say you have no network on personal but network on Business, what do you mean? If you're having an issue connecting from your new SIM we'll be happy to provide more advice, but please explain the issue in a bit more detail so we can check into how to best help with this.

If you haven’t got a business account what’s the relevance of saying you have “network on business”. Either way it’s a trip to customer service for you I’m afraid.
