Lost my data and calls driving in Italy. Had no sat navigation on a 3 hour trip back to the airport. No option to buy more data as their app didn't work. Lost my 12 year old daughter running for the flight but we could call each other!!!. Had carefully set up our spend caps before flying out after previous bad experiences with Three abroad. Then got an email refering to my "credit limit"??!! Over complicated and terrible service. THREE, PLEASE DO NOT JUST CUT DATA OFF for customers as they rely on this service. AVOID THREE IF YOU NEED TO USE YOUR PHONE ABROAD.
