What is actually going on? I've had problems for months but this is actually taking the biscuit now. I've had no Internet for days.
What am I paying for? No service at all for 3 days yet you tell me everything is fine.
What's the best way to cancel? I do not want to speak to a call centre but I'll happily drive to the shop.

Rather than posting here, go to 3's NETWORK COVERAGE page, and input your postcode to see
if there are local issues.

Do you not think I have done that? Funnily enough it says there is no problems. Yet, other people are also reporting problems and the same mast that serves other networks are also admitting there is a problem with the mast!
