I’m not getting internet and network, it’s been 1year I am paying also I’ve been charged extra of £5 for not having any internet or network availability. I rarely receive any calls unless I’m outside, it’s a 2year contract please. I missed many interviews calls due to lack of network.

I am so sorry to hear that you've been having issues with the coverage in your area, especially for this long period of time.
The advice given by @jr0 is great. Have you entered your postcode in to the checkers? This will give you some insight into the coverage in your area and if there is any possible work being carried out.

sorry to hear that has been going for so long. Did you ever check for your post code for Three's
network coverage (https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage?tab=1) to see if is adequate for your needs/expectatations?
and what about the network status page https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage?tab=2
in case you have works/problems in your area?
