No internet with home boradband

Internet is down again for 5g home broadband in Bournemouth. Has been the case periodically over last few weeks especially at the weekend. Network status says no reported problems but there clearly is a problem...

I know this does not help but I have had a similar issue in Chelmsford with 5G home broadband. It was great the first year or so now its pants
