Had tx message saying fixed….. no!!!
No 5G and 4G is low and can not make phone calls
iv gone from 600mbps to nothing
this is terrible how can this happen

There are currently cranes all over the mobile masts in hedge end. So hopefully soon.

Yes and have removed one tower

Hi @Husky,
We've noticed quite a few posts about this area recently so we've flagged up all the feedback. Unfortunately we've had some issues with a 3rd party supplier which had reduced our coverage and capacity in the area. We're working hard to get this resolved, so hopefully it won't be too much longer.

Your first port of call would be to put your postcode into the Three status page to check for any issues in your area. If you were getting a good service previously then that’s likely the cause of your trouble. In fact I’ve just checked the SO30 postcode and there does seem to be a tech issue in your area. Check with customer service tech support on 333 option 1 option 4 option 3.
