No out or incoming calls while in Spain

I have been in Spain for 3 days and can not make or receive calls. I have followed all steps in Settings and nothing is working. 

Roaming is On

Network selection tried all of them and Automatic.

@Tracey1have you checked barring settings on your handset?
If your data and sms are working fine, worth chat having a chat with Three support team and ask them to check any operator barrings or other. good luck
