Wrong, it's Smarty. Next question is: who owns Smarty? Correct, it's 3.

You’d have to assume (obviously) it’s shared infrastructure and there’s little that can be done except wait. EE and Three still share some masts (I think) so you have two choices. 1) Wait and hope for a swift resolution or 2) Switch to Voda/O2 or one of their mvno’s.

Talk mobile is Vodafone and at £16 per month for unlimited data, quite appealing.

You’d be silly to not consider it but all I’d say is if you’re overall happy with Three it might be worth trying to get a timeline on your issue,and then make a decision. Good luck mate.

 Not much help I know. Your best option is customer service but I suspect they won’t have anymore info but it’s worth a try.
