No service in Greece - Athens/Piraeus

I'm on holiday in Greece (Athens/Piraeus) and even though my contract includes 28 days of roaming I'm not receiving any data service and haven't been able to make any calls. I'm relying on Hotel WiFi to send this post. Can someone please help or provide me with a contact who can help.

I'm sad to hear you're having issues getting the service working while roaming. 

Can you confirm what the status of the connection is on the phone when it's not on WiFi?
