All day I have had service then all of a sudden I have nothing, would like to know how to fix this, I have tried to turn phone on and off and still the same problem how do I resolve this ?

Put your postcode in the service status checker to see if any issues in your area.

Well there could be a number of reasons. Are you pay monthly or payg? Do you owe money on your bill or do you need to add credit? Could you put your sim into another device to try it. Are there signal bars showing? You can obviously access the internet on some device so the last thing would be to check the Three status page. In my experience most people in your situation have an idea of what’s causing the issue. Have a think and if nothing comes to mind contact customer service on 03333381001.
