Hi I have moved address and have not been able to use my phones since moving in due to no signal. The new postcode is nn13 ***. My partner has contacted 3 who state there is a@problem here and he has been given £6 per month off of his bills due to the network issues. Please could the same be applied to my 2 accounts.

I'm sorry to hear that the coverage is letting you down at your new address. I expect you would be eligible for the same offer if you're still tied into a contract term on those accounts. The amount of any discount or credits may vary depending on how much you pay per month.
