I’ve had no signal in Shetland for the last 5 days anyone know what the issue is?

Oh, that's quite a time to go without any service. If the service status and coverage page that Geluk highlighted doesn't reveal any issues, there could be something going on with your phone, SIM, or account.
To determine if it's a phone issue, you could try your SIM in another phone to see if it works. You could also try someone else's SIM in your phone to see if it works with their SIM. If there's another Three user with you, you can ask them if they are getting service. If none of this works, you could check in with the Support Team to get some additional diagnostic checks done, and to have the network checked out as well.
