Calling Abroad

Hello.  I pay £10 extra/month be being able to call my mother in France on her mobile and it has been working flawlessly until October.  Now there is always a 5s delay making a conversation completely impossible.   The first one or two ring tones sound like the French one but after that, they sound like you are calling in the UK and then the call is ruined by this delay.

I have the exact same issue! This makes me paying £10 for nothing every month. Did you get any reply/help on fixing this?

Customer Service couldn't do anything.  I cancelled the add on.

I'd would talk with three support.
Bear in mind this could be something on the French mobile operator. Do you experience similar problem when calling another french number?

Can you clarify if your mother has french mobile number (+33) and operator or a 3UK number and therefore roaming in which operator.

I have the same issue and I think I did not get it in calling some other numbers. Still this is a big issue for me as the person I call most with this definitely gets the issue.

Hello, this is a +33 number in France.

I will call Customer Services eventually but would rather get feedback from other users first 🙂
