Not not able to recieve text and calls

I switched from lycamobile to three 1 week ago but not receiving call or text either i can call or text.when someone call me the helpline said” the number is not recognised “.how can i fix this?

Hi @Haider,

Unfortunately Lyca were targeted by a cyberattack on the 30th of September which has affected many of their core systems including their ability to port numbers. So this has been delaying ports from their network for about 2 weeks now.

The last update we've had is that these issues are beginning to resolve now, and that the delayed ports are resuming again. This issue should be resolved soon, but please let me know if you're still having the same experience in about 24 hours.
