Number port hasn’t happened after 48 hours and theres no one available on live chat and phone number just wont let me speak to anyone how can i get help with this??

Hi @ODC,
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing a delay with your port. I'm assuming we're talking about porting a number into Three from another provider? If so, please make sure you've activated your new SIM first, port ins complete one working day after you activate the SIM, so you need to make sure you've connected the SIM to our network by 5PM the day before you port.
