I'm having a nightmare trying to transfer my number from a three pay as you go to a new contract. I've tried 4 times and been given incorrect information twice. I tried again yesterday and now my pay as you go (the number I wish to keep ) has gone off but the number hasn't transferred to my contract .is this correct do I have to wait or have they made another mistake

Welcome to the Three Community.
It's disappointing to hear you've had so many issues getting the change over done, sorry about that.
I can confirm that the process of getting the number to move over onto the contract would involve the number being temporarily cancelled off of it's old account while it's being moved on to the new contract.
The process can take up to 48 hours, but it's usually faster than that. If for some reason you get to the 48 hours and it's still not transferred, come back and message here and we'll figure out what to do next.

My number from my old contract hasn’t transferred to my new one. I sent the PAC code on the 10/01 and had a text saying it would be transferred 12/01. It hasn’t been transferred but my old number that I want to transfer is now unavailable to call. Any advice?
