Would anyone from 3 like to explain this? And I dont mean the same old message I get everytime I'm on here, so fed up of being lied too, it's about time for there to be a compensation claim against their terrible service

I have a similar problem with Three going on for a year now.  And every time they say they are working on the mast and it will get better it gets worse.   I can see the Three mast 500m away in a clear line of site and yet I have a signal strength on 4G of -120dBm which is unusable.   I wouldn't bother following their suggestion above of speaking to their support team.   I have had nothing but unfulfilled promises from them.    And every time I ask them to escalate it and to contact me by email I get messages that they have tried to phone me but couldn't get through.  Like derrr.... 🙄

To get specific technical advice about what's contained within your screenshots, it would be best to speak to the support team through chat or by calling.

While there is a few of the Three team here, we're not a technical team, we moderate the forum. We have no access to your account or the diagnostic tools needed to determine why your speeds are so slow. It could be congestion, a fault on the network, a fault with the account, a fault with the device, a fault with the SIM, or a combination of these things. 

I'm hopeful the team will able to provide some advice about what's going on.
