Porting problems

Hi. After I joined Three, I ported my phone number from Lyca and I can't receive any texts and calls. I think that the porting was not done correctly.
Please can you tell me how to fix this. All my apps from the bank, NHS, Home Office are linked to my number and I can't co-operate with them now.
