Have a new contract phone with three and from day 1 it's been messing about won't load web up flicks between 5g lte and ht....try to make a call says not registered on network gotta tune flight mode on and off....messages are the worst will not send must have to send 20x and more for it to eventually send....please can someone help

Sorry to hear this, it sounds like you're having a really frustrating time. We'd recommend to have a look at our Network Status Checker to see if this could relate to any issue with the local network in your area.
We'd also recommend checking whether the issue follows your SIM or is specifically with the phone. If you can test your SIM in any other phone, or another SIM in the new phone this will hopefully help determine where the issue is coming from.
If you think that your SIM or phone is faulty, please get in touch and customer services can help further. If you have a Three store nearby, they can also help with swapping your SIM too.
