My account is a month to month sim which has Roaming included but my account says roaming has โexpiredโ. Any ideas?

I have the same. Says 3000 minutes left of 3000 minutes but expired. Same for text messages ๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ
just to add. This is after my auto renewal was added this morning so full allowance.

I also have this issue on my PAYGO account. Have not been overseas since last November. Hoping to go away shortly and certainly do not wish to find when I am abroad Go Roam is not working. Any thoughts please. Many thanks.

There is no issue with Go Roam. You just need to have an allowance, and as long as you're within the fair use limit, you can use the phone in Go Roam destinations.

This is incorrect. I have allowance. Currently in Netherlands and unable to make or receive calls.

โThis just sums Three up. Bear in mind Iโm in NL so time shown is actually an hour ahead. Still well within the opening times yet they claim to be closed !
