I also have this issue on my PAYGO account. Have not been overseas since last November. Hoping to go away shortly and certainly do not wish to find when I am abroad Go Roam is not working. Any thoughts please. Many thanks.
There is no issue with Go Roam. You just need to have an allowance, and as long as you're within the fair use limit, you can use the phone in Go Roam destinations.

As Pete mentioned on the previous reply to this thread, you may still see expired balances on your account. Are you abroad now and unable to make calls or texts out?

It isnโt an expired balance. It is shown under current allowances immediately after account is updated. I am in UK now but regardless of that full allowance shouldnโt show as expired regardless of location. Otherwise whatโs the point ?
