Hi, currently in the Canaries, haven’t been able to make a call, send an SMS or access the internet via 4/5G. Roaming is included in my plan, it is switched on in my phone and I have no spending cap. Any help would be invaluable.

Welcome to the Three Community page.
How strange! Have you tried doing a manual network selection? Is roaming active on your Three account?
You should receive a text once you latch onto the network on how to use your Go Roam data passes.
