I would appreciate some extra info on the issues you're having. Have you seen a drop in signal recently, or over a longer period?
If so, is this happening in specific places, or everywhere?
As @jr0 helpfully recommended, checking on the coverage and network status may help to shed some light on what may be causing this.
I'd recommend also resetting your network settings on your device, as this can be helpful in refreshing your network connection.

sim cards don't get updated if there are signal problems.
which leads me to ask, what problem are you facing?
The usual things: have you checked "Check coverage" for your post code? how about the network status tab?
